About The Position

MainStreet Family Care is hiring PRN Family Nurse Practitioners to work across multiple clinics in the Winston-Salem, North Carolina region. Providers deliver urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine services to patients of all ages. The role suits clinicians who enjoy variety, work well in a high-volume environment, and are flexible about working with different clinic teams. New graduates are encouraged to apply. Shifts are determined approximately two months in advance. MainStreet clinics are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. At select locations, KidsStreet clinics are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Hours may change based on company needs, training, and float coverage.

Requirements

Family Nurse Practitioner board certification is required.
An MSN or higher is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Nice To Haves

EMR experience preferred.
Microsoft Office experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide urgent care, primary care, occupational medicine, and telemedicine services.
Perform minor procedures, including toenail and foreign body removals.
Perform suturing and splinting.
Conduct general orthopedic evaluations and management.
Review X-rays, with Radiologist over-read.
Interpret EKGs.
Provide care for general dermatology concerns, eye complaints, and GYN needs.
Treat patients of all ages.
Use emergency management skills in a fast-paced setting.
Work across multiple clinics and teams as needed.
