About The Position

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants stability, strong benefits, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community-based primary care. You’ll step into an outpatient role providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. You’ll practice Monday through Friday with a full support staff and travel between nearby sites as needed. Requirements

• Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner license.
• Comfortable providing primary care to patients of all ages.
