Family Nurse Practitioner or PA Center Director
About The Position
SynergenX / Low T Center is hiring a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their Tyler clinic. This role is designed for both new graduates seeking structured support and experienced providers desiring strong compensation and autonomy. The position focuses on treating patients for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and weight management, evaluating labs, diagnosing, and managing individualized treatment plans. The FNP will deliver efficient, high-quality care within a structured clinical model, maintain strong patient relationships, and collaborate with clinic staff to support overall performance. The role is onsite in Tyler, TX, and requires the ability to meet schedule and performance expectations.
Requirements
- Active Texas FNP or PA license
- Board Certified (required)
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Comfortable working in a patient-facing, productivity-driven environment
- Strong communication and patient engagement skills
- Must be able to train for 2 full weeks (10 consecutive business days), paid
- Must be able to meet schedule and performance expectations
