About The Position

Royal Palm Beach Medical Group is pleased to offer you the full-time position of Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at our Deltona, Florida office. We are building a patient-centered primary care practice that pairs high-quality clinical care with a predictable schedule, manageable patient volume, and strong on-site and virtual support. The position is designed around a four-day clinical workweek, generally totaling approximately 32-36 scheduled hours. The specific days and hours will be mutually agreed upon based on patient-access and practice-coverage needs. This structure is intended to keep the FNP's time focused on clinical care.

Requirements

Active, unrestricted Florida APRN licensure
Current Family Nurse Practitioner board certification.
DEA registration when applicable
Professional references and background screening
Eligibility to work in the United States
Completion of Royal Palm Beach Medical Group employment documentation
1 Year of experience

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute illnesses and chronic medical conditions
Perform preventive, wellness, and comprehensive primary-care examinations
Develop individualized treatment plans and provide patient education and counseling
Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
Prescribe and manage medications within applicable scope and law
Coordinate specialist referrals and follow up on laboratory and diagnostic results
Maintain timely, accurate electronic medical-record documentation
Collaborate with the Medical Director and care team as appropriate
Participate in quality-improvement and preventive-care initiatives
Maintain all required Florida licensure, certification, DEA registration, and credentialing
