About The Position
We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants meaningful patient relationships, outstanding work-life balance, and the opportunity to make an impact in a school-based outpatient setting. You'll step into an outpatient primary care role primarily based inside a local high school, providing care to patients of all ages with occasional coverage at a nearby outpatient clinic. You'll have strong clinical and administrative support, manageable patient volume, and the autonomy to focus on delivering quality patient care.

Responsibilities
- Providing primary care to patients of all ages.
