Fordland Clinic is a non-profit community health center with a mission to provide equal access to quality healthcare regardless of income or insurance status. They accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, and offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured or underinsured patients. Their vision is to be a model of affordable, quality healthcare, offering comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, prevention, and wellness services.
Requirements
- Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Current State of Missouri license
- At least one (1) year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Travel between clinic sites required
- Out of town events or trainings maybe required
