Family Nurse Practitioner Urgent Care
About The Position
Boston Mountain Rural Health Center, Inc., a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner at our Urgent Care Clinic in Huntsville, Arkansas. BMRHC is a family and Community Health Center that offers a wide range of services to insured, uninsured, and underinsured patients. This position is designated as safety-sensitive under the Arkansas Medical Marijuana Amendment. Employees in safety-sensitive roles must be able to perform duties in a manner that ensures the safety of patients, coworkers, and the public. Marijuana (including medical marijuana), illegal substances, and misuse of prescription medications are prohibited. A positive drug test, including marijuana, will result in ineligibility for hire or removal from the safety sensitive position.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing
- Completion of a Nurse Practitioner program approved by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing
- Current certification by the American Board of Family Nurse Practitioners or other appropriate specialty boards. (American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP)
- Unrestricted APRN License to practice in the State of Arkansas
- Current healthcare provider level Basic Life Support certification.
- Current DEA
