Requirements

  • Active license & current ANCC or AANP board certification required
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date

Nice To Haves

  • Independent practice provider preferred, where applicable per State regulation.
  • Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability.
  • Independent family practice experience including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visit, preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Practice relationship-based medicine at the top of your license.
  • Offer holistic care including prevention, chronic disease management and health education to your patients.
  • Utilize resources such as UpToDate and RubiconMD.
  • Manage a smaller patient panel size.
  • Conduct appointments ranging from 20 to 60 minutes.
  • Focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management.
  • Handle fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks.
  • Provide routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits.
