About The Position

We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Greenville, PA who wants stability, strong benefits, and meaningful community impact. You’ll practice Monday through Friday with full support staff and travel between nearby sites in Andover and Lewistown. Requirements

• Licensed Family Nurse Practitioner in Pennsylvania and Ohio.
• Comfortable seeing patients of all ages.
• Value stability and long-term growth.
• Open to traveling between nearby clinic sites.
• Both experienced providers and those with strong RN backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Caring for patients of all ages in an outpatient primary care role.
• Practicing Monday through Friday with full support staff.
• Traveling between nearby clinic sites in Andover and Lewistown.
