High Lakes Health Care, part of Praxis Health, is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their clinic in Sisters, Oregon. Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for Oregon licensure
- Passion for relationship-centered primary care
- Interest in practicing within a collaborative rural health environment
- Commitment to continued learning, mentorship, and team-based care
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications

- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- Care for patients across the lifespan
- Attend work regularly and on time
Benefits
- $140,000 base salary + production compensation: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
- Up to $15,000 Sign on/ Relocation bonus
