About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Greenville, Pennsylvania. This is an outpatient primary care role focused on caring for patients across the lifespan. The position offers a structured weekday schedule with full clinical support staff provided, and the opportunity to practice autonomously within a collaborative outpatient environment. Travel between nearby clinic sites in Andover and Lewistown is required. The organization is mission-driven and focused on community-centered patient care.

Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Active Ohio Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED
• Ability to see patients across the lifespan REQUIRED
• Strong outpatient clinical and patient communication skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable traveling between nearby clinic locations REQUIRED
• Experienced providers and strong RN backgrounds encouraged

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages
• Perform assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and preventative care
• Deliver patient-centered care within collaborative outpatient setting
• Travel between Greenville, Andover, and Lewistown clinic locations
• Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
