About The Position

You will provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under your field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to adult patients.

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Licensed Physician Assistant (PA)

• Provide the full scope of primary care services which fall under your field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance to adult patients.
