About The Position

Requirements
- Active nurse practitioner license.
- Current ANCC or AANP board certification.
- CPR/BLS certification by the start date.
Nice To Haves
- Independent practice provider experience, where applicable under state regulations.
- Federal DEA number; it may be required for full prescribing ability.
- Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits.
