About The Position

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our Chicago team. This role is ideal for a motivated provider who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care. In this role, you will evaluate patients, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations to support accurate diagnoses and treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to prescribe therapies or medications, coordinate treatment plans, and ensure comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities also include performing and interpreting diagnostic tests such as x-rays, EKGs, and lab work, as well as providing patient education on preventive care, health management, and wellness. You will also perform clinical procedures such as injections, wound care, suturing, and immunizations while helping coordinate care with medical assistants, technicians, and other clinical staff to ensure efficient clinic operations and an exceptional patient experience. Requirements

  • FNP licensure (required).
  • Master’s Degree in a related field.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish (required).
  • A deep understanding of patient care, a desire to keep learning, and a commitment to unfiltered compassion.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adapt on the fly while keeping patient outcomes front and center.
