About The Position
Work in an outpatient practice in western New York, providing full-scope primary care to a diverse patient population across the lifespan. As a Family Nurse Practitioner, you will focus on wellness promotion, illness prevention, and management of acute minor and stable chronic conditions in collaboration with physicians and clinical teams.
Requirements
- Strong clinical judgment and experience in an outpatient primary-care setting.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and electronic health records.
- Trained as a Nurse Practitioner with a focus in family health or primary care.
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
