Requirements

Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nursing Program
Active RN and APRN (APNP) license in the State of Georgia
Active board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
Active DEA license or ability to obtain prior to hire
CPR certification and advanced life support certifications as applicable (ACLS, PALS)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive patient care including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and patient education in a clinic setting.
Manage acute and chronic health conditions, interpret diagnostic studies, and ensure safe and effective use of pharmacologic treatments.
Conduct outreach visits in the community, engaging underserved populations, and supporting individuals who may face barriers to accessing traditional healthcare services.
Participate in community events and mobile outreach efforts.
Build relationships that strengthen RCA's presence and impact in the community.
Manage general medical and surgical conditions based on clinical knowledge and best practices.
Ensure accurate, complete, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
Provide day-to-day supervision of support staff related to patient care.
Serve as an advocate for patients and families navigating the healthcare system.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
