About The Position

MainStreet Family Care is growing and looking to hire a fast, fun, and friendly Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their team full time. The FNP will provide patient-focused care to help patients feel better FAST. Services provided include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The ideal applicant will be able to lead a small team while working in a high volume and fast-paced urgent care environment. This is an incredible opportunity for FNPs early in their career, including new graduates. Following on-site hosted HQ orientation and training, there will be several training shifts with existing providers. Support includes a complimentary pediatric urgent care CE course and an NP on-call for clinical decision-making. The role allows for the utilization of the full scope of practice, treating patients of all ages, from babies to geriatric patients. This keeps skills sharp and makes providers marketable for future opportunities. The FNP will be the leader on their team, able to treat patients with guidance from treatment protocols. The small team of medical assistants will be supported by the FNP, who will also serve as a professional role model. The clinics service rural communities that need access to care and are open 362 days a year.
