About The Position
We’re hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Willow Creek, California who wants strong earning potential, loan repayment eligibility, and the opportunity to serve a rural community surrounded by natural beauty. You’ll step into an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role managing patients with complex medical needs. Requirements
- Hold or be eligible for a California Nurse Practitioner license.
- Three or more years of outpatient primary care experience preferred.
- Interest in rural health or underserved populations.

Responsibilities
- Manage patients with complex medical needs in an outpatient-only, panel-based primary care role.
- Collaborate with an integrated care team including medical assistants, RN support, behavioral health, telepsychiatry, chiropractic services, and specialty consult resources.

- $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting 9-patient per clinic target
- Up to $44,000 additional annual bonus potential for higher patient volumes

- Loan repayment eligibility through NHSC and federal programs ranging from $75,000 to $300,000
- Language differential pay available for Spanish-speaking providers
- Base salary ranging from $148,627.20 to $168,553.60 annually
