About The Position

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a primary care role in Woodsville, New Hampshire. Requirements

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• Active New Hampshire APRN license or eligibility
• DEA registration or eligibility
• Outpatient primary care experience
• Comfortable diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions
• Strong independent clinical decision-making skills
• Value preventive medicine, patient education, and continuity of care
• Enjoy working in a collaborative, patient-centered environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous FQHC or community health experience

• Base salary: $114,000–$120,000 annually, based on experience
