Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing
CPR/BLS certification
National certification from ANCC/AANP
Current unrestricted license for the state in which you practice
Ability to lift a 30 lb bag frequently
Insured vehicle in a safe and acceptable condition
Clean driving record with a valid driver’s license
Space to maintain and store supplies for in-person visits
Comfortable with and excited about using technology
Proficient in phlebotomy skills, or willing to learn

Nice To Haves

No experience necessary for phlebotomy skills; training is provided.

Responsibilities

Provide both in-person and virtual patient care based on market specific needs.
Submit both in-house and outside referrals based on patient needs.
Work independently as well as collaborate with an integrated care team including mental health, and physical therapy providers.
Contribute to Nice Healthcare's mission to change how people get and experience healthcare.
