As a Family Nurse Practitioner with Roseman Medical Group, you’ll serve as a primary care provider at our Henderson clinic, delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care across the lifespan. You’ll manage preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare needs while working alongside physicians, nurses, pharmacists, behavioral health professionals, and healthcare learners. This is an exciting opportunity for an FNP who values collaborative care, meaningful patient relationships, and improving health beyond the traditional clinic setting.

Requirements

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited institution.
  • Current Nevada Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license or eligibility for licensure, with prescribing privileges.
  • Current Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification through AANPCB or ANCC.
  • Current DEA registration or eligibility.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Strong clinical judgment and experience providing evidence-based primary care across the lifespan.
  • Excellent communication, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Three (3) or more years of clinical primary care or family medicine experience.
  • Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) or earned doctorate in a related field.
  • Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
  • Experience in academic medicine, community health, underserved care, population health, or integrated care delivery.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Whole-Person Primary Care – Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management, health screenings, patient education, and care coordination across the lifespan.
  • Build Meaningful Patient Relationships – Serve as a primary provider and help patients navigate their healthcare needs while considering the social factors that influence their health.
  • Practice as Part of a Team – Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health providers, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Help Shape Future Healthcare Professionals – Participate in teaching, mentoring, and clinical learning experiences with medical students and other healthcare learners.
  • Improve Health Beyond the Exam Room – Contribute to population health, quality improvement, and community-based initiatives designed to improve health outcomes.
  • Make an Impact – Combine independent clinical practice with interdisciplinary collaboration in an environment focused on innovation, education, and compassionate care.
