About The Position

CRH Healthcare (CRH) owns and operates in three regions, with a focus on providing a seamless patient experience through state-of-the-art equipment, labs, and evidence-based treatments. This role is for an Urgent Care setting in Warner Robins, GA, offering a Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm schedule with a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus. The provider will be the sole advanced practice provider for patients aged 2 and up, managing acute illnesses and injuries, episodic and chronic conditions, and performing minor procedures and various types of physicals.

Requirements

2+ years’ experience in providing patient care as a Family Nurse Practitioner is required
Master’s degree (Family Nurse Practitioner) and appropriate state license required
Knowledge of state and federal regulations including OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, and related compliance standards
Detail-oriented and confident in medical best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Competence with common PC applications, Microsoft Office and EMR applications
Experience with occupational health practices including DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals
Respect and autonomy in decision-making
Team-based approach to patient care.
ACLS / BLS certifications (We will provide this if needed)

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk-ins and same-day appointments as the sole advanced practice provider for ages 2 and up.
Perform minor office procedures including laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments.
Perform physicals such as sports, DOT, pre-employment, and annual.
Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries.
