About The Position

One Medical is hiring a per diem Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide primary care in Kirkland, with occasional floating to nearby clinics. The role involves 16–24 patient-care hours per week and is not a panel-building position. Providers see patients with a broad range of needs, including acute, chronic, and preventive care, in the office and occasionally through telehealth. The clinician collaborates with in-office teammates through daily huddles and with virtual clinical teams, uses their clinical training to provide care and perform in-office procedures, and is willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in other states. Its services include in-office and 24/7 virtual care, on-site labs, and programs addressing preventive care, chronic care management, common illnesses, and mental health concerns. The hourly rate for this role is $90.00; starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient-care schedule, and additional pay may be determined for candidates exceeding the stated qualifications. The total compensation package may also include benefits. Requirements

At least 2 years of primary care experience.
Currently licensed or able to obtain licensure in Washington state.
Board certification.

Responsibilities
