About The Position
An established outpatient primary care practice in western Illinois is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a collaborative team dedicated to expanding access to high-quality healthcare services. The provider will deliver comprehensive preventive care, evaluate and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, coordinate referrals, provide patient education, and work closely with an interdisciplinary care team while enjoying a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- Active or eligible Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in a primary care specialty
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain prescribing authority
- Strong clinical skills in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and outpatient patient care
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and commitment to serving diverse patient populations
Nice To Haves
- 2+ years of direct primary care experience preferred
