Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care West - P-T; 48 hrs./pay
About The Position
Deaconess Clinic is seeking a part-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the Deaconess Clinic Urgent Care team. This is an hourly position with a competitive base rate and an incentive compensation plan that offers the potential to earn up to 10% of the base salary as a bonus. The role requires working two 12-hour shifts per week and covering two weekends every six weeks. The urgent care clinics operate 365 days a year from 8 am to 8 pm, handling routine acute care services, physicals, and procedures such as laceration repair, lesion removal, ingrown nail treatment, splinting, and foreign body removal. The clinic utilizes a fully implemented EMR system (EPIC and Agility) integrated for both inpatient and outpatient use. Licensure in both Indiana and Kentucky is required for this position.
Requirements
- Licensure in the states of Indiana and Kentucky.
- Must be a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine acute care services.
- Perform physicals.
- Conduct procedures including laceration repair, lesion removal, ingrown nail treatment, splinting, and foreign body removal.
