Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Float
About The Position
Low T Center, a leader in hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness, is seeking a Full-Time, 4-Day Float Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA). This is a great opportunity for a provider who values patient-centered care, work-life balance, and being part of a collaborative clinical team. As part of our candidate screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified with credentialing prior to interviews. Please be prepared to provide this information, as we verify that all licenses and NPI taxonomy are active and within scope of practice. This role requires the ability to float between our Pflugerville and South Austin locations.
Requirements
- Active Texas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license (unencumbered)
- Current DEA registration (required)
- Must be able to float between Pflugerville and South Austin locations
- Availability to complete a 2-week (10 consecutive business days) paid training, Monday–Friday during clinic hours

Responsibilities
- Provide hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and wellness care
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Manage follow-up care and monitor patient progress
- Educate patients on treatment protocols, wellness, and lifestyle optimization
- Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinic protocols
