About The Position
SynergenX – Low T are leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services. We are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) as we expand our clinical offerings and rapidly grow our remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment, using proprietary treatment protocols to help change patients’ lives. As part of our candidate screening process, your professional license and NPI/taxonomy will be verified with credentialing during screening prior to interviews. Please be prepared to provide this information as part of our standard practice is to verify the license and NPI taxonomy is within our scope of practice and active.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee NP or PA license in good standing
- Current DEA license
- Flexibility to float between Franklin, Hendersonville, and Murfreesboro
- Make sound medical decisions and put patients first
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Easily establish rapport with patients
- Be patient, respectful, and able to explain complex health issues in plain language

Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care for hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs, including sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension management, and low libido treatment.
- Assist in staff and operations management at your location.
