About The Position
HSHS St. Clare Hospital is recruiting a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in Mountain, WI and Suring, WI. HSHS St. Clare Hospital works in partnership with Hospital Sisters Health System. This is a 100% outpatient practice with a weekday schedule only, no weekends, no call, and no holidays. The schedule includes 2 days at the Mountain location and 1 day at the Suring location. The practice is well-established with community support and offers dedicated support staff and EPIC EMR. The role is eligible for Public Student Loan Forgiveness program participation and includes a sign-on bonus, a comprehensive benefit package with a robust retirement plan, and dedicated marketing to help build your practice. A robust referral team will assist with specialty care referrals and prior authorizations.
Requirements
- Unrestricted Wisconsin license prior to start.
- Board Certified as either an APRN or PA.
- Master’s degree in Nursing is required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
Nice To Haves
- Primary Care/Family Medicine experience is strongly preferred.
- Doctoral degree in Nursing is preferred.
- Board certification from the National Certification Corporation is preferred.
- Controlled Substance license in state of practice is preferred.
- Federal DEA license is preferred.
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage patients across the care continuum.
- Provide primary care services in a Family Medicine setting.
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated support staff and referral team.
