About The Position

Colorado Permanente Medical Group is seeking board-certified Family Medicine physicians to work on an as-needed basis at any of their four Urgent Care locations in the Denver metro area. These locations include Lakewood Medical Office, Aurora Centrepoint Medical Office, Lone Tree Medical Office, and Rock Creek Medical Office. The role offers a dynamic and efficient work environment with operational hours from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. Physicians will be part of a comprehensive care network, acting as a critical hub with access to consultations, disposition planning, and seamless hospitalization arrangements when needed. The collaborative environment fosters continuous process improvement, personal, and professional growth. Requirements

  • Board certified Family Medicine physicians.
  • Ability to work on an as-needed basis.
  • Access to Radiology and Lab services.
  • Access to state-of-the-art diagnostics and therapeutics, from contrast-enhanced CT scans to ultrasound and IV medications.
  • Access to consultations and disposition planning.
  • Ability to make seamless arrangements for hospitalizations when needed.
  • Experience in a dynamic and efficient environment.
  • Experience in a collaborative, inclusive culture.
  • Experience with Epic-based electronic medical records system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide primary, chronic, urgent, and acute care to a diverse group of patients.

  • Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostics and therapeutics, including contrast-enhanced CT scans, ultrasound, and IV medications.
  • Access consultations and disposition planning within a comprehensive care network.
  • Make seamless arrangements for hospitalizations when needed.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement initiatives.
  • Practice evidence-based, patient-centered medicine.
  • Provide culturally responsive care to mitigate healthcare disparities.

  • Hourly rate $157.25/hr (Adverse hours begin at 5pm Mon-Fri and weekends)
