About The Position

The KP Menifee Medical Office Building, anticipated to open in Summer/Fall 2027, is expected to welcome its first patients in August 2027. Physicians who join the practice prior to the opening will initially be based at Wildomar Legacy and transition to Menifee upon its opening. Riverside County encompasses an area known as the Inland Empire. It also includes the greater Palm Springs/Coachella resort area. Riverside features an extensive range of relatively affordable housing options, notable schools, and outdoor recreational opportunities. The county encapsulates a small-town feel with local attractions including seasonal fruit picking and local wineries. With its large geographical footprint, Riverside offers both the stability of the Permanente system and a high level of independence. Physicians are offered incredible variety—they can work in an urban setting or in rural locations with a small-town feel; at the main medical center or a satellite office; at the foot of the San Bernardino mountains or in the desert. Yet there are strong threads that run throughout our area: a culture of first-name collegiality, healthy work-life balance, and flexibility. A high level of respect from patients also helps unify the area and render the caregiving experience deeply gratifying.
