About The Position
Seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician for a brand-new FQHC facility in Crown Heights, Brooklyn. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a minimum of 35 hours per week. The physician will provide care to all ages, with a majority of adults, seeing 18-25 patients per day. Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and APPs, and teaching responsibilities are required. The facility is open 7 days a week, and the schedule includes every other Saturday or Sunday. A Medicaid number is required for consideration. The EMR system used is eClinicalWorks.
Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible Family Medicine Physician
- Must have a Medicaid number to be considered
- Minimum 35 hours/week

- Experience in an FQHC setting
- Experience with eClinicalWorks EMR
