About The Position
Mayo Clinic Health System is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join an established primary care practice in Tomah, Wisconsin. This is an opportunity to practice in a stable, high-quality Family Medicine group supported by the resources and expertise of Mayo Clinic Health System. The practice offers a full-time outpatient practice or a mix of outpatient/inpatient practice with inpatient work in Sparta. The Tomah Clinic receives support from Mayo Clinic Health System's main clinic and hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Sparta Hospital is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offering same-day surgery services, a telemetry unit with cardiac monitoring, cardiorespiratory services, and comprehensive ancillary and support services. Mayo Clinic Health System specialists also provide outreach services to Tomah in numerous specialties.

Responsibilities
- Fulltime outpatient practice or a mix of outpatient/inpatient practice with inpatient work in Sparta
- Minimum 4.5 workdays per week
- Full backup from all subspecialties
