About The Position
Pacific Medical Group – Tigard, part of the family-owned Praxis Health network, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their friendly and well-established team. Requirements
- Highly-engaged MD/DO physician, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Passionate about whole-person, community-based care
- Comfortable seeing patients across the lifespan
- Excited to join a mission-driven team with strong values and deep community roots
- Clinical competency and expertise in caring for Primary Care patients
- Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics
- Knowledge of common medication, side effects and contraindications
- In-depth knowledge of legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Respect for patient's confidentiality

Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, individualized care to a diverse patient community.
- See patients across the lifespan.
- Provide Primary Care services.
- Perform examinations and diagnostics.
- Prescribe common medications, considering side effects and contraindications.
- Adhere to legal medical guidelines and medicine best practices.
- Maintain patient confidentiality.
