About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Huntington Park, California. This is a unique school-based outpatient Family Medicine opportunity serving students, families, and the surrounding community. The physician will practice medicine in a mission-driven setting focused on accessibility, prevention, and long-term patient relationships, located directly on middle school grounds with strong community engagement and support. This role is part of a collaborative outpatient care model designed to prioritize quality care and physician balance.

Requirements

• MD or DO REQUIRED
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Active California medical license REQUIRED
• Active DEA registration REQUIRED
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to primary care REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care across the lifespan
• Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
• Support a culturally diverse patient population within a community-centered model
• Coordinate referrals, treatment plans, patient education, and follow-up care
• Maintain high-quality documentation and continuity of care standards
