About The Position

Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient primary care position in Merrillville, Indiana. This role provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages with flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and no production pressure. The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, care for patients across the lifespan, provide continuity of care, build long-term patient relationships, practice within a collaborative outpatient clinical team, and work with medical assistant and referral coordinator support.

Requirements

• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Family Medicine REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Comprehensive Primary Care Across The Lifespan REQUIRED
• Ability To Practice In A Collaborative Outpatient Environment REQUIRED
