About The Position
Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their growing primary care division in New Tripoli, PA. This practice is part of LVPG, which employs over 2,000 primary care and specialty physicians and over 800 advanced practice clinicians. The practice currently has 2 physicians and 2 CRNPs. The practice offers a variety of settings, a flexible Monday-Friday schedule, free scribe services, and an onsite and remote care team to support physicians and APCs. LVHN provides a strong network, an integrated medical staff, and opportunities for career development in clinical, research, academic, and educational areas. The department is patient-centered, progressive, and committed to finding joy in primary care.
Requirements
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine
- A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care services to patients.
- Manage a patient panel and see acute and follow-up patients.
- Participate in call rotation with other clinicians in the region, with calls triaged by nurses first.
- Potentially teach nurse practitioner and physician assistant students.
