About The Position
Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Troy, Missouri. This is a full-time, outpatient primary care position within a brand-new FQHC clinic opening in April 2026. The physician will provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan with no hospital responsibilities. The role features structured scheduling templates with capped daily volumes, and administrative time will be added as the patient panel grows. The clinic offers a mission-driven community health environment focused on access to care, with a collaborative leadership team and strong physician support.
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan.
- Manage a patient panel with structured scheduling templates and capped daily volumes.
- Participate in a mission-driven community health environment.
- Handle approximately one week of phone and text call per year.
- Collaborate with a leadership team and provide support to the practice.
