Requirements

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.
Eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
Strong commitment to providing equitable, high-quality care to diverse communities.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care to patients of all ages.
Manage a panel of patients, addressing preventive, acute, and chronic health needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including advanced practice providers, nurses, behavioral health specialists, and social workers.
Utilize electronic medical records (Epic) for documentation and care coordination.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and population health management efforts.
