Tufts Medical Center Community Care is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join their team of collaborative providers in Medford, MA. This well-established practice offers full-spectrum family practice care for patients of all ages, from newborn to geriatrics. Tufts Medical Center Community Care, part of Tufts Medicine, has over 125 providers offering primary and specialty services, focusing on elevating healthcare value through quality, cost, and service, with robust physician support. They are affiliated with MelroseWakefield Hospital and Lawrence Memorial Hospital of Medford, with access to specialists at Tufts Medical Center.

Requirements

Passion for providing primary care to patients of all ages.
Team player excited to work cooperatively with a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines to champion world-class patient satisfaction and support.
Current medical license in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts preferred.
Board Certified, or Board Eligible, in Family Medicine.
Current certification in CPR required.

Responsibilities

Develop meaningful relationships with patients.
Meet patient primary care needs with same-day or routinely scheduled in-office or telehealth appointments.
Work cross-functionally with various members of the medical community.
Embrace active engagement within communities by bringing the strength of academic and community care to patients' locale.
Minimize administrative burden through use of New Innovative AI Scribing, RNs and LPNs, fully trained MAs, coders, front desk staff, and dedicated billing specialists.
