About The Position
Diagnose and provide nonsurgical treatment of diseases and injuries for children and adults. Develop a plan of care for each patient, including complete medical history, physician examination, diagnosis, appropriate treatment and/or referral. Confer with consulting physicians, nurses, patients and patients family concerning treatment and care of patients. Refer those cases that require specialist services but maintain responsibility, assuring that continuity of care is provided.
Requirements
- Medical degree (MD or DO)
- Completion of a residency program in Family Medicine
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine
- Valid medical license in the state of practice
- DEA registration
Nice To Haves
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish)
