Requirements

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Active medical license in the state of Ohio
Experience in primary care or family medicine is preferred
Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a clinical team
Commitment to high-quality patient care
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
Must be board-certified or board-eligible
Will accept any state license
ACLS, BLS, and DEA required

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
Conduct thorough physical exams and assessments
Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Participate in continuing education and professional development
Provide primary care services, treat acute and chronic medical conditions, preventive care, medication management, and care coordination
