About The Position

Dartmouth Health Cheshire Medical Center is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join their primary care team in Keene, New Hampshire. This is a 100% outpatient role with reasonable, manageable on-call responsibilities. The practice is located on the Cheshire Medical Center campus, providing seamless access to hospital services and specialty departments. The organization prioritizes physician and staff well-being and offers a team-based care model with strong nursing support. The ideal candidate will be comfortable delivering acute care, preventive care, and chronic disease management across all ages, building lasting relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited family medicine residency
• BC/BE in family medicine
• Ability to obtain/maintain a New Hampshire medical license

Responsibilities

• Deliver acute care, preventive care, and chronic disease management across all ages.
• Build lasting relationships with patients and their families.
• Provide continuous, comprehensive care.
• Participate in phone-only call, supported by a nursing team that triages calls.
