Requirements

• Board-eligible or board-certified Family Medicine Physician.
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Washington.
• DEA registration.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding patient care.
• Provide 32 patient contact hours per week.
• Participate in clinic call only.
