About The Position
Salud Family Health is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join their Community Health Clinic in Fort Collins, CO. This role does not require hospital work and focuses on providing a Medical Home to patients, integrating medical, dental, and behavioral health services. The clinic serves all individuals, prioritizing those with limited access to healthcare, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.
Requirements
- Graduation from an approved school of allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
- License to practice medicine in good standing in the State of Colorado.
- Board certification in family medicine.
- Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities.

- Ability to speak Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care medical services to patients.
- Work within a team-based system of care, coordinating with dental, behavioral health, and clinical pharmacists.
- Serve diverse patient populations, including low-income and ethnic minority communities.
