Family Medicine - Physician - Clinton, IA - $150,000 commencement bonus
About The Position
MercyOne has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our Clinton Family Practice team. We offer a Full-time employed physician position at our North Health Plaza Clinton, Iowa. This role provides competitive compensation with a 2-year Salary Guarantee of $290,000 + production, a $150,000 recruitment incentive, and great work-life balance with an outpatient practice only and shared outpatient call: 1:4. Educational loan assistance is available, with eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness. A relocation allowance up to $15,000 is provided, along with 240 hours of paid annual time off and a $3,000 CME Allowance. Comprehensive benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, Life, long term and short term Disability, which start on day one of employment. Retirement benefits include a 403(b) with match and an optional 457(b). Employer-sponsored professional liability insurance, including tail insurance coverage, is also provided. Requirements
- MD or DO - U.S. U.K. and Canadian trained physicians are welcome to apply
- BE/BC in FM or OFM (U.S., U.K. and Canadian Board)
- Ability to obtain and hold an unrestricted license to practice in Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the physician’s field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates welcome to apply)
