Position Overview
Provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients ages 16 and older, focusing on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term health outcomes.
Enjoy the autonomy of private practice while benefiting from a strong, collaborative team and an established internal referral network.

Requirements

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine
• Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Passion for patient-centered, relationship-driven care

• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care, screenings, and patient education
