About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for HealthLinc Community Health Center in Mishawaka, Indiana. This full-time outpatient primary care position involves providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages, managing acute and chronic illnesses, preventive care, and wellness services. The physician will practice within an integrated care model alongside behavioral health, nutrition, and support services, and will participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical guideline development. A key aspect of the role includes teaching and mentoring medical residents and students within an established learning environment, delivering patient-centered care within a mission-driven Federally Qualified Health Center.

Requirements

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
  • Board Certified in Family Medicine.
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
  • Eligible for Indiana medical licensure.
  • Current or eligible DEA registration.
  • Commitment to serving underserved patient populations.
  • Strong collaboration and quality improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients of all ages.
