About The Position
Carle Health is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join their outpatient clinic in Eureka, Illinois. This is an outpatient position with the opportunity for nursing home rounds. The clinic operates with hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour days. There is a call rotation every 6 weeks. The clinic utilizes EPIC EMR and is connected to Eureka Hospital, offering ancillary testing and specialty support from nearby Carle providers. Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization and offers eligibility for public service loan forgiveness.

- BE/BC Family Medicine physician
- Eligible for public service loan forgiveness
