Family Medicine Physician – Float Pool – St. Cloud Area
About The Position
Join CentraCare’s Family Medicine Float Pool and play a critical role in ensuring continuity of care across the CentraCare's central market. This position offers variety and flexibility, allowing physicians to support clinics during extended provider absences while practicing outpatient Family Medicine in a three or four-day workweek model across multiple locations. CentraCare’s new Family Medicine Float Pool will support outpatient clinics across the central market during provider leaves, transitions, and access needs. Physicians will work within a well-organized deployment model that provides variety, schedule stability, and strong operational support while remaining part of a large, integrated health system focused on continuity, access, and high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- BE/BC in Family Medicine
- Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
- Previous experience in primary care
- Flexibility and interest in practicing across multiple clinic locations
- Comfort stepping into established patient panels and clinic workflows
