About The Position

This is an outpatient-only Family Medicine opportunity serving patients across the lifespan within a highly collaborative care model. The position is mission-driven, located in a scenic coastal Northern California community surrounded by redwoods and Pacific Ocean views. The physician will work alongside integrated behavioral health, virtual specialty resources, RN support, and dedicated medical assistants in a structured team environment, allowing physicians to focus on quality patient care and long-term outcomes.

Requirements

  • MD or DO REQUIRED
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
  • Active California medical license or ability to obtain REQUIRED

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Family Medicine care to patients of all ages
  • Manage acute, chronic, and preventative healthcare needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Utilize integrated support services including behavioral health and telemedicine resources
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based clinical planning
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and continuity of care standards
